Nicholas Smith has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Duncan & Toplis.
In his new position, Nicholas will play a major role in implementing the group’s ambitious new growth strategy, which will support Duncan & Toplis in the biggest period of growth in an almost 100-year history.
Formerly Head of Tax, Nicholas will work alongside Damon Brain, who simultaneously picks up the mantle of Chief Executive Officer.
Nicholas will now adopt a broader leadership role, overseeing all service lines and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Speaking of his promotion, Nicholas Smith said:
