Joining us as a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide assistance to the company secretarial supervisor, including maintenance of the client database. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Methodical and accurate approach
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

What does this role involve?

As Company Secretarial Assistant, you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to advise and support team members on many aspects of Company Law. This will include the drafting of minutes and resolutions, company and group restructuring, and liaising with external organisations such as Companies House. You will be prepared to question data integrity and verify accuracy.

Previous experience with database procedures and management and knowledge of Company Law and/or Company Secretarial work would be advantageous but are not essential.
