 Bishopsgate Corporate Finance was founded in 1996 by the current Managing Director, Simon Stephenson, to provide high quality, independent corporate finance advice to businesses typically valued between £1 million and £25 million. Since its formation, Bishopsgate has advised on over 50 transactions with a total value in excess of £150 million. Typical clients include quoted groups, venture capitalists, private companies and large multi-nationals.
All of Bishopgate’s Directors are shareholders and this gives them empathy with their clients, many of whom are also owner-managers.
