 David Gratton BSc (Hons) FCA has been in practice in Spalding since 1985. He has considerable experience in advising family owned businesses in particular those in the agricultural and allied sectors such as food processing and machinery importation and distribution. He places particular importance on the strategic and commercial development of his clients as well as offering practical advice on trust matters and tax planning. David lives in the Spalding area and is a member of Spalding & District 41 Club, Spalding Gentleman’s Club and Spalding Gentleman’s Society. His interests include travel, history, wine and skiing.

 Nicholas Smith FCCA ATII acts for a variety of businesses in and around the Spalding area. He has sector expertise in agri-business, farming and the construction industry, He specialises in business taxation and strategic planning. Nicholas lives in Stamford and is a member of his local running club, Stamford Striders. In his spare time he enjoys walking, DIY projects and social games of squash.
