 John Thornley BA (Hons) is based in both our Skegness and Louth offices. He has a wide range of clients in leisure, retail, manufacturing and the service sector. His work with his clients' focuses on business development, planning and corporate finance. John heads up the firm's Property Tax Department, which focuses on maximising the tax allowances available on and so minimising the net cost of property, for our clients. He is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Skegness and lives near Louth. His hobbies include sailing and walking.

 John Chappelle BSc (Hons) FCA is based in Skegness and has extensive knowledge of the caravan park and hotel sector (including holding the National Certificate in Park Management (Holiday Park and Residential) issued by the C.I.T.O; and has been elected an Associate Member of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants.) and the associated trades involved with the holiday and leisure industry. John lives in the Skegness area and is the former Chairman of Skegness and District MacMillan Cancer Support and is the Chair of the Trustees of the not for profit First College Training Organisation which provides training to all sectors of the local community in Skegness and Louth.

 Michael Cope MA (Cantab) FCA is based at the Skegness office and specialises in taxation. He provides technical support to the other offices and has presented numerous seminars to our clients and the general public on taxation issues. Michael deals with corporate and personal tax planning as well as day-to-day tax compliance. His areas of expertise include in particular; business restructuring, capital taxes, trusts, estates, general tax mitigation and Inland Revenue disputes. Michael lives on the East Coast and enjoys sailing, gardening and classic motorcycles.
