 The
town of Sleaford
Sleaford is a thriving market town, situated
in the centre of Lincolnshire, steeped in
history, but forward looking. It benefits
from road links to the A1 at Newark 15 miles
away. It is a similar distant north to Lincoln
whilst the A17 passes through the town on
its way into East Anglia.
The town is served by some of the best schools
in the county, having affordable housing,
good medical facilities and an expanding shopping
base. There is a large amount of industrial
land available for business expansion opportunities.
Sleaford is a desirable town to live and work
in. It is just emerging from an investment
of about £15,000,000 as part of 'Sleaford
Pride', a Single Regeneration Budget Project
that has transformed the town centre. It is
not surprising now to find that Sleaford is
one of the fastest expanding towns, for its
size, in Europe. |
