Former Senior Partner

It is with great sadness that we announce that John Hindmarch passed away on Friday, 16 January. John had been valiantly fighting cancer for some time.

In 1957 John joined Duncan & Toplis and served for 50 distinguished years before retiring. For most of that time he was senior partner and his drive, enthusiasm for and sheer enjoyment of his work were keystones to the successful progression and expansion of the practice. His genuine curiosity in everything he came across led to his never ceasing to ask questions.

After his retirement John acted as a consultant to the firm and both we and the clients he served continued to benefit from his extensive experience.

Our very deepest sympathies are extended to Janet, Victoria, Tom and David and all of his family.
