Background

Established in 1925, Duncan & Toplis has grown into one of the largest independent firms of chartered accountants. We have offices throughout the East Midlands, in Grantham, Boston, Lincoln, Louth, Melton Mowbray, Newark, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding and Stamford. Across the group we have 26 Partners and employ approximately 330 staff, of which 54 are currently engaged in professional training.

First class specialists in their field support all of our services, whether it is in respect of accountancy and audit, taxation or VAT, payroll, human resources or computer services. Our clients are typically small to medium sized family businesses and as part of the multiple services that we provide, our sister company Castlegate Financial Management Limited, assists many of these clients with both their individual and business financial needs.

An additional offering for businesses is Queensgate Management, established in partnership with Duncan & Toplis in 2011. Queensgate provides high-level financial management and turnaround solutions.

Our other sister companies are Bishopsgate Corporate Finance Limited and Datcom LLP. Bishopsgate provides corporate finance advice to both Duncan & Toplis clients and as its own separately engaged clients. Datcom provides IT solutions and support to businesses across the East Midlands.

In 2011 Duncan & Toplis became a member of Kreston International, a global network of independent accountants ranked 13th in the world.
